Platinum X Studios ensures healthy and safe partnerships with reputable schools and other organizations. As a woman-owned and operated company, with years of experience with youth athletes to full adult leagues, we know how to do Media Day RIGHT with the correct precautions and care to both our staff and all players.
Platinum X Studios has partnered with several schools and club sport teams both far and wide! We are proud to have recent partnerships from the West Coast to the Rocky Mountains, including Colorado State University (CO), Colorado Rush Northern Colorado (CO), Mi Chantli Dance Studio, West Ranch High School (CA), Rancho Cucamonga TeeBall (CA), and many more!
How Media Day Works

Introductions
Once our partnership is set with your school or organization, Platinum X Studios (PXS) will schedule your Media Day! All coaches and staff will notify players and families regarding their designated time and place. PXS will also provide an information booth at practices leading up to Media Day to help answer all questions and to help provide pre-payment options. Pricing is locked in and agreed upon prior to setting up booths on site.

Media Day
On Media Day, please come prepared to show off your passion! Clean cuts with established team uniforms are required, unless otherwise noted by your coaches. PXS has a workflow that has been made easy for everyone--- Team photos, to individual portraits, and ending with our "fun" shots.

Please note that for a dramatic effect, PXS utilizes fog machines and colored lighting, unless otherwise noted.

Payment
Payment is available prior to Media Day! Families have the option to pay online, in-person with check or cash, or one of our other money-saving options such as Zelle or Venmo. Pricing is available on the flyers provided by your organization.

Receiving Media
PXS will distribute all media packages to the team coaches or other key staff members of your organization. We rely on them to get each envelope to the correct player within 3-4 weeks from Media Day!

Add-Ons
PXS has available add-ons for all players and teams. We provide professional photographers or videographers to attend local games in order to capture players in-action. As with all other projects, PXS utilizes state of the art cinematic cameras and our own DJI drone fleet to help produce high quality images and videos that are ready to share on social media or with prospective coaches. PXS also offers season highlights to help ease the recruitment stage for all high schoolers!
